Canada | Why would the Insurable Earnings and Hours on the ROE Submission differ from the Payslip?
If the Insurable Earnings and Hours reflect correctly on the Payslip and
ROE Adjustment screen, however reflect incorrectly on the ROE Submission
screen, this is due to the ROE record having been created before the payslip was finalized.

ROE Submission:
To resolve this issue, navigate to the Record of Employment
record and select to save the record without making any changes. this is to update the record with the latest information.
Navigate > Employee Record > Payroll Processing > Record of Employment > Edit > Save
Once the Record of Employment record is saved, navigate back to the ROE
Submission screen to check if the Insurable Earnings and Hours are reflecting correctly.
Navigate > Interface Portal > Government Hub > Record
of Employment
If correct, you may proceed to resubmit the record.
