All records submitted to Service Canada are recorded as submitted events and can be viewed on the Submitted Events screen.
Navigate > Interface Portal > Government Hub > Submitted Events
The loading circle will indicate that the submission is still awaiting feedback.
The green tick icon will indicate that the submission has been successful.
The yellow exclamation mark will indicate that one or more batches have failed submission.
The red exclamation mark will indicate that one or more batches have failed validation.
Click on the view icon in order to open the Submission Status screen, where you can review the feedback report and the reasons for any failed submission or validation.
The Submission Status screen is organized into three tabs: Submission Information, Submissions, and Messages.
Submission Information
This tab will contain all data linked to the ROE submission, such as Employee information, the ROE file name, Time entries and the Status.
Submissions
This tab shows the current status of a submission, along with the Submission Request and Batch Results.
Status of a successful submission
Status of a failed submission
Submission Request
The Submission Request contains an XML file of the content submitted for the applicable employee record.
Batch Results
Service Canada sends a feedback report for every submission they receive. Each submission has a Batch Results button that allows you to view the corresponding feedback report.
Successful submission
NOTE!
A green tick and a Completed/Successful status confirm that the record has been accepted by Service Canada, even if a warning message appears on the Messages tab.
Failed submission
Messages
This tab displays validation errors for a specific submission.
IMPORTANT!
Pay close attention to feedback for rejected submissions as any issues flagged by Service Canada must be resolved and the record resubmitted until it is accepted.
