After an ROE record has been created for an employee, it must be submitted to Service Canada. Submissions are managed from the Government Hub, accessible via the Interface Portal menu item.
Navigate > Interface Portal > Government Hub
The Submission Hub screen is the landing page from where you can create an ROE submission by selecting Service Canada - ROE .
Records that have not yet been submitted, have been rejected or have been successfully accepted by Service Canada will be available for selection on the Create New Record of Employment screen.
Select the applicable record to submit on the Create New Record of Employment screen. Only one employee record can be submitted at a time.
The information as captured on the employee’s ROE record displays on the employee's Record of Employment Summary screen.
Should you wish to make changes to the ROE, select the

icon, this will return you to the
Record of Employment screen.
Should you wish to download the ROE report, select the

icon, this will take you to the
Reports screen.
The information is submitted in XML format, and may be previewed before submitting, by clicking on the Preview button.
Once the information has been verified that it is correct, the ROE submission can be submitted by selecting the Submit button.
