Canada | How do I process a Record of Employment Adjustment?
The Insurable Earnings and Hours can be modified by creating an adjustment on the employee's Record of Employment Adjustment screen.
Navigate > Employee Record > Payroll Processing > Record of Employment Adjustments > Navigate to the relevant record and select theicon > Process the relevant adjustments > Save
Once the adjustment is made, navigate to the Record of Employment and select save, this is to refresh the ROE to commit the adjustments made.
Navigate > Employee Record > Payroll Processing > Record of Employment > Edit > Save
Once updated, the new ROE will reflect the adjustments and a resubmission can be processed.
