How do I create integration notifications?

Onboarding notifications allow customers to create onboarding notifications for a specific organizational unit, which will result in receiving system-generated notifications when an employee joins the company. Once created, system-generated emails will be sent when an employee is added.

The notification email will not be sent automatically. Customers will be prompted if the notification email should be sent when an employee is added.

Navigate > Setup > Human Resources > Organization Structure > Onboarding/Termination Notification

Step 1: Select the relevant organizational unit to modify your onboarding or termination notifications.

Step 2: Select the process type as "Integration".




Step 3: Specify how many recipients you want to notify for the selected organizational unit and select Create.




Step 4: Specify the notification to be sent.

Step 5: Specify who you want to send the integration notification to and save your changes.
