How do I create termination notifications?

Termination notifications allow customers to create termination notifications for a specific organizational unit, which will result in receiving system-generated notifications when an employee leaves the company. Once created, system-generated emails will be sent when an employee leaves a company.

The notification email will not be sent automatically. Customers will be prompted if the notification email should be sent when terminating an employee.

Important! This functionality is only available in Premier and Master Payroll editions.

Navigate > Setup > Human Resources > Organization Structure > Onboarding/Termination Notification

Step 1: Select the relevant organizational unit to modify your onboarding or termination notifications.

Step 2: Select the Process Type as Termination.

Step 3: Specify how many recipients you want to notify for the selected organizational unit and select create.

Step 4: Specify the notification to be sent.

Step 5: Specify who you want to send the integration notification to and save your changes.
