How do I create termination notifications?

Termination notifications allow customers to create termination notifications for a specific organisation unit, which will result in recipients receiving notifications generated by the system when an employee leaves a company. Once created, system-generated emails will be sent when an employee resigns from a company.

The notification email will not be sent automatically. Customers will be prompted if the notification email should be sent when terminating an employee.

Important! This functionality is only available on Premier and Master payroll editions.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Organisation Structure > Onboarding / Termination Notification

Step 1: Select the relevant organisation unit to modify its onboarding or termination notifications.


Step 2: Select the Process Type as Termination.



Step 3: Specify how many recipients you want to notify for the selected org. unit and select create. 



Step 4: Specify the notification to be sent out.



Step 5: Specify who you want to send the onboarding notification to and save your changes.

      


Note! 
     The notification email will only be sent if an active email address has been processed on the relevant employee’s Basic Profile screen.
