How do I create onboarding notifications?

Onboarding notifications allow customers to create onboarding notifications for a specific organisation unit, which will result in recipients receiving notifications generated by the system when an employee starts at the company. Once created, system-generated emails will be sent when an employee is added.

The notification email will not be sent automatically. Customers will be prompted if the notification email should be sent when adding an employee.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Organisation Structure > Onboarding / Termination Notification

Step 1: Select the relevant organisation unit to modify its onboarding or termination notifications.



Step 2: Select the process type as "Onboarding".



Step 3: Specify how many recipients you want to notify for the selected org. unit and select create. 



Step 4: Specify the notification to be sent out.


Step 5: Specify who you want to send the onboarding notification to and save your changes.
