Why is a company-level user redirected to their ESS profile when attempting to access their employee record at the company level?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions

The system will redirect the company level user to their ESS profile if the below Security setting has not been enabled.

Navigate > Config > Security > Security > Security Settings
