How do I setup a workflow path according to a security role?
Make use of the following steps to configure a workflow according to a workflow role.
Step 1: Create the security role for which you want to set up the workflow path.

Step 2: Configure the workflow.

Note! All employees linked to the specific security role will follow the workflow path set up for the Security role, if a company level user is attached to a security eole and is also an ESS user a different workflow path will need to be set up for the user as his leave application will not follow the workflow path for the ESS security role as he is linked to a different security role.
Note! If the next approver is not linked to a security role (as in the above screenshot), they can be linked to a workflow role and the workflow configuration can be adjusted accordingly.
Important! This option is only available on the Master payroll edition.
