How do I create a security role?

Security roles are created on the Security Role Screen to specify the screens a user can access.

      Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > Security Roles

Step 1: Before the permissions to required screens on the system can be selected, define the security role’s settings.

      

Step 2: Once a security role’s settings have been saved, the record will display on the History Grid. Proceed to specify the access to screens and/or fields required, by selecting the "Add/Edit/View Permissions" link.

      

Select the Menu Branch from the dropdown list and specify the permissions to said screens and select "Save" for the changes made to the "Company" menu branch, before slect anothe item from the menu branch drop down list.
