How do I resolve this error message when transferring employees from one company to another: "Email address already registered"?
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions
To resolve the error, save a new email address on the employee's Basic Profile screen in the new company. Alternatively, make the email in the original company fictitious by adding a character and save the correct email address in new company.
Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Contact
