How do I transfer an employee from one frequency to another within the same company?
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions
The transfer process of an employee from one frequency to another within the same company is initiated on the Transfer screen. For instance, if an employee is transferred from a monthly to a fortnightly frequency.
Navigate > Employee > On / Off Boarding > Transfer
Important
- A new tax record will be created for the employee within the new frequency.
- If you would like the employee's leave balances to be transferred, ensure that the Leave Bucket Mapping module is configured beforehand. Alternatively, generate the leave reports before the transfer, and create the necessary leave adjustments on the employee's profile to correct their balances.
