Can an existing company-level user register for ESS with the same email address?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions

Yes. The below steps can be applied for the company level user to have one email address as an Admin user and as an Employee user.

Step 1: Change the company level user's email address on their user profile to a fictitious email address by adding a numeric or special character.

Navigate > Config > Security > Security > User Profiles

Step 2: Insert the correct email address on the company level user's employee record.

Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Basic Profile > Contact Details

Step 3: Request the Employee to register for ESS on www.payspace.com.

Step 4: Once the Employee has successfully registered for ESS. Search for the Employee on the User Profile screen and change the User Type from Employee to Company.

Navigate > Config  > Security > Security > User Profiles
