How do I transfer an employee from one company to another?

The transfer process of an employee from one company to another is initiated on the Transfer screen. 

      Navigate >  Employee > On / Off Boarding > Transfer

Important
  1. A new tax record will be created for the employee within the new company.
  2. The employee's leave balances cannot be transferred from one company to another, as the new company has its own leave configuration. The employee must be linked to a new leave scheme in the new company. It is important to generate leave reports for the original company before the transfer, as leave adjustments will need to be made for each leave type in order to correct their balances.
  3. In some instances, certain components can be transferred during the process. To do so correctly, ensure that the components are also configured in the company the employee is being transferred to.
