How do I correct the system if the "terminated for statutory reporting" checkbox was not enabled during the employee transfer process so that the EEA reports are correct?
When transferring an employee the "terminated for statutory reporting" field on the Transfer screen needs to be considered. Only select this field, when transferring employees between companies with different Employment Equity reference numbers.
Navigate > Employee > On / Off Boarding > Transfer
Should this checkbox be mistakenly passed over during the transfer, select the "True" hyperlink against the Override 'Terminated For Statutory Reporting': option on the Transfer History screen, which will enable the "Terminated for Statutory reporting" field (sets it to "True").
Navigate > Employee > On / Off Boarding > Transfer History
