How do I change existing run setups?
Users cannot change their existing run setups.
Important!
- Runs are opened and closed sequentially.
- If an interim run is created, it will have to be
attached to the latest closed run, where applicable.
- With opening closed runs, this may result in a
recalculation of your financial information. Please remember to run payroll
recon reports before we open the closed run and after the run is closed. Check
your financials and post corrections if

- You do have the option to insert an interim run to
post your corrections and not run the risk of financials changing by opening
closed runs.
- Changes to existing run setups will be billable at 1
hour at R1145.00 (excl VAT).

depending on the number of runs that need to be changed.
