How do I change the pay date for all future runs in the middle of the tax year?
This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.
The Pay Date can be changed on the Company Pay Frequencies screen however any changes made mid-tax year will only reflect in the new tax year.
Important! Changing the pay date of all future runs, on the specific frequency on the Pay Frequencies screen, in the middle of the tax year will only take effect in the new tax year.
Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Pay Frequencies
Should you require the future runs' pay dates to take effect from the current tax year, complete and send the attached forms to support@payspace.com. This will be a billable exercise.
