How do I change an employee's group join and/or employment dates once the run is closed?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions

Once the run in which the employee record was created is closed, a company level user cannot change the employee's group join and/or employment dates.

      Navigate > Employee > Basic Information > Tax Profile

      

If changes to an employee's group join and/or employment dates are necessary, complete the attached templates and send it to support@payspace.com for assistance.
