How can a user who has access to their company level user profile and ESS user profile on the same email address switch between their two profiles?
When logging in to PaySpace the user will need to select their Initials on the top-right hand corner to switch between their ESS and Admin (Company level user) profile.
Step 1: Select your initials at the top right hand side of the screen.
Step 2: Select the option Switch to ESS to switch to your ESS Profile, if you are logged in on your Admin User Profile.
You will receive a notification that you have been switched over to your ESS Profile as per the below.
To switch to your Admin User Profile select your initials and select the option switch to Admin.
