Canada | Navigating the Government Hub Screen

Overview

The Government Hub screen is the central portal for submitting payroll-related files to Canadian government agencies. From this screen, you can manage and submit filings directly to:
  1. CRA (Canada Revenue Agency)
    1. T4s (Statement of Remuneration Paid) — submitted to the CRA to report employee employment income and deductions.
  2. Revenu Québec
    1. RL-1s (Relevé 1) — submitted to Revenu Québec to report employment income and source deductions for Québec employees.
  3. Service Canada
    1. ROEs (Records of Employment) — submitted to Service Canada when an employee experiences an interruption of earnings.

Navigating the Dashboard

The Government Hub provides five tabs to help you manage your submissions end-to-end:


Create Event 

      Create a new submission event for any of the supported filing types.

Submission Events

      View and manage all in-progress, successful or rejected submission events.

Archived Events

      Access previously completed, rejected or failed submission events that have been archived.

Employee Dashboard

      Review the list of employees in the company.

Admin

      Manage configuration settings and override options for the Government Hub.
