Will custom fields created on the Leave Application screen on employee level be visible to the approver?

This feature is available on Master edition.

No, Customs fields created on the Leave Application screen will only appear on ESS, and when a company level user edits the application.

The fields will not be visible when approvers manage the application via MSS.
