Why is the Pacey menu incomplete?

This feature is available on all PaySpace payroll editions

Users Pacey menu may seem incomplete for the following reasons: 

1. If the company is on the Lite payroll edition, users will not receive the submit claims option in the menu.
   
2. If the ESS security role access denies access to certain screens, Pacey users will not be given those pages as a part of the menu options. To resolve this, full access permission should be granted by editing the ESS security role accordingly.
