Security | Maintaining Security Roles

About

Once a Security Role has been added, you will need to specify the access required on screens and/or fields within the system.

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

Navigate > Config > Security > Security Roles

Overview

Once a Security Role has been created, you have various options to maintain the record, you can edit the Security Roles or Add/Edit/View permissions of the Security Role.

Security Profile Report
  1. The Security Profiles Report displays details of registered Company and Employee Level Users’ access control, including the last login date, whether the user is active as well as the security role the user is linked to, to name a few examples.
  2. BP Level Users can also retrieve a Security Report which will display all BP Level User Profiles created under their profile and the companies they have access to.
    > To access the Security Report:
    > Click on the menu option
    > Click on Business Partner on the Configuration Menu
    > Click on Security Report
