Why does a company level user receive the Access Denied screen when accessing the Edit Payslip screen?

A company level user will receive the Access Denied screen when accessing the Edit Payslip screen, if permission to the screen (and the "Bulk Upload" checkbox is enabled ) is denied on the security role to which they are linked. To resolve the screen, provide full access to the screen and disable the checkbox on the Employee menu branch.

      Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > Security Roles > add/edit/view permissions
