Why is the KPI status "Pending Manager/Employee Approval" even though the rater hasn’t received a notification?
This feature is available on Premier and Master editions
If a rater updates an employee’s KPIs, the changes require approval from the co-rater. The co-rater will not receive a notification to approve the changes unless the "Notify Approver" button is selected.
The rater who made the changes must ensure that the "Notify Approver" button is selected and that the notification has been successfully sent.
Navigate > Employee > Performance > KPI's
