How do I specify the number of days after which pending claims should be escalated to the approver?
This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.
If a claim has not been actioned for the number of days specified, the employee’s direct manager (or the next approver in the leave workflow) will receive a notification to approve it. It will continue to escalate from one manager to another until it reaches the top level of the structure.
Enable the below company setting and specify the number of days after which pending claims should be escalated to the approver.
Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Claim Settings
