Why did the raters not receive a notification when the performance evaluation was sent out?
This applies to the Premier and Master payroll edition.
If an evaluation was sent out, however, none of the raters received a notification, it may be that no raters were setup or a notification was not sent to them.
Navigate > Employee > Performance > Evaluations
Select the relevant evaluation and select the Raters option.
Check if there has been any raters setup for the employee.
If no Raters have been setup no notification will be sent out as there is no raters to notify.
If Raters have been setup they will reflect as per the below.
Edit the rater and confirm if the "send rater a notification email" option has been activated. (If the above option has not been activated raters will not receive a notification).
