What does the review comment mean on the employee's KPI screen?

This feature is available on Premier and Master editions

If one rater updates an employee’s KPI and the changes require approval from another rater, a red "Review" indicator will appear on the employee’s KPI screen. Selecting the "Review" indicator allows the employee or manager to approve or decline the changes.
