Why can't employees access their payslips on ESS in the period between the cut off date and the pay date?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions

Employees will not be able to access their payslips on ESS in the period between the cut off date and the pay date, if the following payroll setting is not enabled.

      Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Company Settings > General Settings > Payroll Settings
