Why are ESS users unable to download their Payslips on ESS?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

ESS users will not be able to download their payslips on ESS if they do not have access to do so as specified on the ESS security role.

The payslips section on the ESS security role would need to be specified as "allow" in order for users to have the ability to download their payslips.

      Navigate > Config > Security > Security Roles > ESS > Permissions
