What is the purpose of the "Allow users to post figures before the selected date for Run-by-Run take-on purposes" setting on the Pay Frequencies screen?

This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace editions

During run-by-run take-on's, companies may request the suspension of system calculations to facilitate the import of specific amounts to employee payslips in order to avoid financial discrepancies with previously recorded totals.

To prevent calculations, users can select a date in the following frequency setting: "Allow users to post figures before the selected date for run-by-run take-on purposes" and runs prior to this date will not prompt calculations.

      Navigate > Config > Payroll > Payroll Config > Pay Frequencies

      

Important

Only imported figures using the new bulk action Take-on Run-by-Run Figures with the dedicated bulk upload sheet will be shown on employees payslips.
