How do I create a new frequency?

A new frequency (Fortnightly, Monthly or Weekly) can be created on the Pay Frequencies screen by clicking on the "Add Frequency" dropdown button and selecting the type of frequency required.

Note
If a company has multiple frequencies, ensure each has a unique tax certificate prefix number.

      Navigate > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Config > Pay Frequencies

      

      

When a frequency is made inactivate, it will appear as inactive in the frequency search and will stop users from linking a new employee to the relevant frequency.
