What is the function of the "Foreign National" checkbox on the Basic Profile screen?
In South Africa, a Foreign National is a person who is not a naturalized citizen of the country in which they are living.
The "Foreign National " checkbox has an impact on the Employment Equity reports only (The Nationality and Citizenship fields do not have an impact on Employment Equity reporting)).
