Employee | The Basic Profile screen

Overview

Biographical information of the employee is recorded on the Basic Profile Screen. The screen comprises of five subdivisions:

The Basic Profile Screen comprises of five sections -

Personal tab




Personal Information Validation
The employee information provided in the personal section, will be validated against the ID Number added on the Tax Profile Screen.
Remove Employee Photo
Once the employee is active on the system and an employee photo has been uploaded, the option to Remove the image will be available. You will be prompted to confirm the removal of the profile picture before it is removed.

Extension Number
If an extension number is captured on the employee’s basic profile screen, it will be displayed on the employee’s public profile screen.
Email address Validation
The new employee’s email address will be validated within 24 hours of being added. Emails will continue being sent to the email address until it is validated.
Email address Refresh
Once an email has been marked as Valid or Invalid a Refresh icon will appear. This will enable you to Refresh an e-mail that the admin user trusts to be correct, after a change has applied, to ensure the changed e-mail address forms part of nightly email validation process.
