How should the Employment Equity Config screen be setup?
In order for the EEA4 Statutory Report to generate the remuneration accurately, the components that need to be included should be indicated on the Employment Equity Config screen.
Note! This needs to be set-up per frequency.
There are four remuneration types considered when generating the EEA4 reports:
• Fixed / Guaranteed• Fixed / Guaranteed Periodic• Variable• Variable Periodic
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Employment Equity > Employment Equity Config
