Canada | On which URL can users access the PaySpace Test/Staging environment?
This feature is available on all PaySpace editions
Users can access the PaySpace Test/Staging environment using the following link: PaySpace Staging (Test) Environment.
Take note that users can login into the PaySpace Test/Staging environment using their Production login credentials. Furthermore, the environment will reflect payroll data from the week before and will roll over accordingly very Saturday.
Important
Email notifications have been disabled by default in the Staging/Test environment to prevent unintended emails from being sent to employees or users in workflow.
Users will also be notified that email notifications are turned off by default.
To turn on email notifications, users can activate the following General setting: Turn on email notifications (disabled by default) on the Test environment.
Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Company Settings > General Settings > Employee Settings
Note: This setting is only available on the Test environment and will automatically be reset every week.
