How do override the overall score on a Performance Evaluation?
This feature is available on Premier and Master editions
A company-level user or manager can only override the overall score for completed evaluations if the evaluation process setting below is enabled.
Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Performance Management > Evaluation Processes
Once the above setting is activated, the overall score can be overwritten on employee-level.
Navigate > Employee > Performance > Evaluations
Select to edit the applicable completed evaluation.
The overall score can be updated and saved.
