Is it possible to send an employee's performance evaluation score to a specific user?
No. There is no setting
that will send an employee's performance evaluation score to a specific user. Company level users, employees and managers will be able to
access their scores after completing their evaluations
Alternatively, the "allow "manager" rater type to view other raters' scores?" checkbox can be enabled on a template created on the Template Definition screen, if you
would like the "manager" rater type to view the other raters scores during the evaluation process
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Performance Management
