Can the Performance Management module be used to compile surveys?

This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.

Yes. The Performance Management module can be utilised as a review or a survey tool, allowing the user to conduct several processes e.g. Performance Reviews, 360° Reviews, Probation Period Review, Induction Surveys, and Exit Surveys, etc.

Step 1: Define the type of review or survey required on the Evaluation Process Type screen.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Evaluation Process Types

      

Step 2: Create the Evaluation Process that will manage the Process Type created on the Evaluation Processes screen.

      Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Evaluation Processes
