How do I upload external quick links for employees to view on their profile?

This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.

External quick links have to be configured on company level before access can be granted on the ESS security role for employees to view.

Step 1: Add the external quick link/s on company level.

      Navigate > Configuration > Basic Settings > General Company > External Quick Links

      

Step 2: To ensure that ESS users have access to the documents and links widget. Edit the ESS security role and give the user access to the "document widget" on the Employee menu branch and save your changes.

      Navigate > Configuration > Security > Security > Security Roles

      

When the employee logs in the link will display on the documents and links widget.
