How do I configure the system to prevent employees from viewing their balances for a specific leave type on ESS?
This feature is available on all Deel Local Payroll powered by payspace payroll editions
Disable the "display balance for ESS user?" advanced option for each applicable leave type to prevent employees from viewing their balances on ESS.
Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave
Scheme Parameters > edit the Leave Type > Advanced Options
Important Comment
The Annual Leave type will automatically be displayed on ESS due to system design.
