How do I configure the system so an employees' leave balance on the Leave Application and Balances screens are reflected in hours?
This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.
Enable the "Reflect leave applications and balance (on leave balance screen and payslip) in hours" advanced option when configuring the specific leave type, which will result in its leave balance reflecting in hours on employees' PDF payslip and their Leave Application screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters > advanced options
Navigate > Employee > Leave > Balances
Note!
- The below checkbox available on the Leave Balances screen would need to be enabled to reflect the balance in hours.
- "days" will display next to the balance for leave buckets that do not have the above-mentioned advanced option enabled.
