Why is a saved leave adjustment not visible on the Leave Balances screen?
This applies to the Premier and Master payroll editions.
A leave adjustment will not be visible under the related leave type on the Leave Balances screen because the balance was capped, and the adjustment exceeded the cap.
When any leave type's balance has been configured not to exceed a specified amount and the related adjustment was created that exceeded the rule, the adjustment will not reflect under the related leave type on the landing screen of the Leave Balances screen. The rule will prevent the adjustment from affecting the balance, which will be detailed on the Leave Balances Breakdown screen.
