How do I configure the system so that employees are able to go into a negative balance when submitting leave applications?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

Enter a value in the "do not allow total balance to exceed the following negative amount at any stage:" advanced options field on the applicable leave type, in order to allow employees from exceeding a specific negative balance when submitting leave applications (e.g.. -5). 

Note!
      Only insert a numerical value without the negative (-) sign.

      Navigate >  Configuration > Human Resources > Leave Administration > Leave Scheme Parameters > advanced options
