How do I configure employee change request types on company level?
This feature is available on Premier and Master editions
Employee (change) request types have to be created on company level before linking them on employee level.
Navigate > Config > Basic Settings > Dropdown Management > Other Dropdowns > Request Types
Company documents that need to be completed and reattached to the request can be uploaded, allowing employees to download them from their ESS Change Request screens.
