Why would a user not reflect on the assigned user dropdown list when creating a Cloud Room item?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

The following conditions must be met for a user to appear in the assigned user dropdown list when creating a Cloud Room item:

Step 1. The user would need to be granted access to the relevant company and frequency on the User Profile screen.

Navigate > Config > Security > User Profile
 


Step 2. The Cloud Room User checkbox would need to be enabled on the User Profile screen in order to grant the user access to Cloud Room.

Navigate > Config > > Security > Security > User Profiles



Step 3. The user will only reflect on the dropdown list if the above conditions are met and the user is a company level user. Business Partner users do not have access to Cloud Room.
