Will the new assigned user receive an email notification once a Cloud Room item is assigned to them?

This feature is available on all PaySpace editions.

Yes. Once a new Cloud Room item is created and actioned by the assigned user, it can then be reassigned to a different user.

The new assigned user will receive an email notification for the Cloud Room item.

      


Important
      The user who created the Cloud Room item will receive an email notification when a new comment is added to the item.
