Why did the manager rater not receive a notification to complete the employee’s evaluation?
This feature is available on Premier and Master editions
If a manager rater indicates that they did not receive a notification to complete a subordinate’s evaluation, verify whether the Succession Planning setting is enabled on the company level template.
Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Performance Management > Template Definition
If this setting is enabled but the Succession Planning Configuration has not been completed, it may result in the manager rater not receiving the evaluation notification.
Navigate > Config > Human Resources > Performance Management > Succession Planning Configuration
