Can I create custom questions for the Succession Management section of a template?
This feature is available on the Premier and Master payroll edition.
The Succession Management functionality allows you to add an additional section for the manager to complete during the review process. The information obtained will be available via Cloud Analytics to support informed decision-making by management regarding resource planning.
Custom questions can be created for the Success Management section of a template, by specifying a number greater in the "how many ranking options are applicable?" field on the Succession Planning Configuration screen.
Navigate > Configuration > Human Resources > Performance Management > Succession Planning Configuration
The new rating scales are automatically added to the Scale Definition Screen.
